I had asked Audrey to do a Lion portrait for my home office. I wanted a strong vision of strength and success and I believe the Lion is just that. I received some of Audrey's work as a gift from a dear friend. My friend had taken a picture and asked Audrey to do it in a pastel for me. The results were amazing and I have her work hanging over the mantle in my living room. We get the most sincere compliments on it. Audrey is an amazing artist! The pastel is a perfect remembrance of the exact day / time of our picture. Thank you Audrey for sharing your time and talents with us! Everyone that sees this work is so very impressed with it. The quality of the frame is also just great. We appreciate the gift, and the work behind it! It's lovely!!

Audrey captured the personality of our Arya in the pastel drawing she did for us!! Her drawing looks like a photo. Our piece is brilliant and I love it. Audrey is very easy to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend her.

I cannot rave enough about Audrey's portraits of my three dogs! She also did a wonderful job on a portrait of my neighbor's beautiful cat! Audrey's drawings are so perfect, that everyone thinks the portraits are actual photos! They are on the wall along with my human family member's photos! Jean D.

My husband and I cannot say enough about Audrey’s artistic talent! When our husky, Ice passed away, Audrey was so kind to draw us a beautiful cherished portrait of him. We were totally amazed to see the finished portrait! Every hair on his head, every whisker was so detailed and so perfectly drawn that it actually looked like a photo not a portrait that was hand drawn. I wanted to get a special gift for my son and daughter-in-law, having to do with their special dog, Scout, who they dearly love! My dear friend suggested Audrey Altemose, who does beautiful paintings of animals. Went with Audrey, and was just delighted to see what she does. Perfect expression, great color and markings of Scout! She also put it in a beautiful frame that went so well with Scout's portrait. The kids were totally thrilled! Four years later, Scout had a "brother" arrive on the scene, and we did it again. Two beautiful dog portraits hanging on the walls of my son's and daughter-in-law's home! I wanted a special birthday gift for my daughter so I asked Audrey to paint a portrait of her dog Griffin. I was MORE than satisfied with the result. Audrey had perfectly captured Griffiin's personality and the delighted expression on my daughter's face when she opened her birthday gift proved it!
